Misole: golden crispy plantain slices, lightly salted, sweet and savory
Suya Wings: 4 grilled wings marinated in Cameroonian Suya seasoning *Suya is a Cameroonian style seasoning containing a blend of pepper, ginger, roasted peanuts, and various spices*
Pasteles: Senegalese flaky pastry filled with tuna and spices, served with dipping sauce

Grilled Fish: Whole Lagdo (Cameroonian white fish), grilled and served with a traditional green sauce and various Central African spices
Yassa Chicken: Sautéed chicken legs with onions, fresh lemon juice, carrots, olives, and a bit of Dijon mustard sauce
Beef & Lamb Brochettes: Grilled skewers with delicious Suya *Suya is a Cameroonian-style seasoning containing a blend of pepper, ginger, roasted peanuts, and various spices*

Ratatouille: Roasted zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Slow-cooked in a herb-infused tomato sauce
White Rice: Fluffy, steamed white rice accompanied by a selection of Sauces - coconut, Mafe (peanut sauce), mango (hot) green (really hot)
Mashed Sweet Potatoes: Smoothed, whipped sweet potatoes with a buttery finish
